charming stay near gare du nord
helpful staff prime location clean room
I found the staff helpful. They managed both the lodging and the restaurant with ease (quite excellent!). the location was superb because it faced the main entrance of gare du nord. my room was very clean and the sheets had a nice, fresh scent.

peeling wallpaper shared shower
the location across from the train station was convenient for my early departure the following morning
the room was quite dated with peeling wallpaper i also found the shared shower two floors down to be inconvenient furthermore i was not permitted to keep the room key upon leaving the building i had to leave it at the bar a situation i found unsettling given i had valuable equipment in my room

convenient stay near the station
good vibe friendly staff clean bathrooms
The pub below had a good vibe. staff was really friendly. the location suited my needs, as i needed to be near the gare du nord. the shared bathrooms were surprisingly clean. I didn't expect that, but it was a nice bonus.
the walls seemed quite thin. i could hear noise from the hallway late into the night. this made it difficult to fall asleep, and it affected the quality of my rest.
